Fair Witness is serving up fancy drinks in a bar with a cozy neighborhood-feel in the center of downtown. Like other bars on this list, Fair Witness has a speakeasy vibe on the inside. Out front, you’ll likely find small fire pits surrounded by regulars with their dogs.
