Winston-Salem Neighborhood Guide – Buena Vista

Located slightly northwest of Downtown Winston, is one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Buena Vista.

This influential neighborhood boasts some very luxurious houses and architecture as well as several cultural and historical destinations. Homeowners in this neighborhood will appreciate the magnificent architecture, culture, and history it has to offer residents. Buena Vista is enclosed in a triangle-shaped space created by Country Club Rd. (plus part of Coliseum Dr. NW), Reynolda Rd., and Silas Creek Parkway.

1. Stunning Architecture.

You will find some stunning architecture in Buena Vista. From a large 1928 Georgian-style house to more modern and traditionally southern styles, there is a great mix of architectural styles to choose from in this neighborhood. Every house aims to impress in this neighborhood!

2. Culture and History Abounds.

There is plenty of culture and history packed into Buena Vista along Reynolda Road. Graylyn Estate, Reynolda Village and Gardens, Reynolda House Museum of Art, and The Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art are all located within Buena Vista.
